You will take part in a guided tour that will be a real journey through the history and secrets of Sardinian sheep's and goat's milk cheeses and witness the different production phases: milk analysis, the different recipes, salting in brine vats, maturing, and finally preparation, packaging, and shipping. You will be involved in an artisanal cheese-making workshop, with the possibility of creating the cheese and finally tasting it. In addition, at the end of the tour you will taste three of the farm's most famous cheeses accompanied by a glass of a local wine from the best wineries in Sardinia.
