The Patronage of Alhambra and Generalife requires us to indicate the full name, age, passport (or identity card) and nationality of each visitor; this information is essential when purchasing a ticket. The name given at the time of booking must be the same name that appears on the identity card or passport of each participant. If the full name of each participant is not entered at the time of booking, admission to the Alhambra will not be guaranteed
You will receive your digital tickets in your email 24 hours before your visit, you must show the tickets together with the original passport in the main access pavilion of the Alhambra.
