For the visit to the Alhambra: meet at the map of the Alhambra which is located next to the ticket offices and the main access door. The guide will be carrying a white umbrella with the "NHUE" logo, so you can easily identify him. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour's starting time. For the visit to the Albaicín, meet at the Church of Santa Ana, Plaza Nueva.

What to remember

Your entrance tickets will be handed to you by the guide that will accompany you during the entire visit. You only have to print the voucher that you will receive by email and show it to the guide when you arrive at the meeting point. Before entering the enclosure, the guide will give you the entrance ticket
Cancellations received 7 days before the date selected for the tour will receive a full refund. Nevertheless, no refund will be granted for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance
