You'll make your own way to and from the Downtown walking and tasting tour by checking-in at 10:45am on the corner of the roundabout across the street from the Golden Gate Hotel. The tour guide will have a pink sign that says "Taste Buzz Food Tours". The closest paid parking is at the Plaza Hotel and Casino. In the evening, you'll get collected at your centrally located Las Vegas hotel stated at checkout and discussed with the local operator.

What to remember

For the night flight, please indicate your hotel location in central Las Vegas at checkout and confirm with the local operator at least 24 hours before the tour to schedule your pickup time and advise of any food allergies. You will find the contact details on the voucher after booking
The helicopter check-in is 45 minutes prior to the booked tour start time and those 18 years and over will need to present valid ID or passport. All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional seat
Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft
Infants (age 0-1): free admission. They must be seated on the lap of their parent or guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required to validate the age
Fuel surcharge is not included in the ticket
