Delivery
The Reds Bar will come as e-tickets about one week before the game. We will need 1 lead name to personalize the e-tickets.

The off-site options will be delivered as e-tickets. We will make sure the tickets + instruction letter will be available at the clients hotel reception at latest one day prior the match.
Some hotels in Liverpool will not accept envelopes for any guests. In case the client will stay in an hotel where no deliveries can be done, our team will contact you and come to a solution to make sure the clients get the tickets on time.

For hotel deliveries, we will need to following information in full:

- Booking / guest name at the hotel
- Hotel name and address
- Check in date and booking reference
- Mobile Telephone number of the client during the trip to the UK

Fo European matches, Liverpool may request for client info. Full names of all attendees, nationality and in some cases even passport numbers.

• Pre/post match Licensed cash bar
• Satellite TV broadcasting the LFCTV channel and match highlights

The Sandon Hospitality / Isla Gladstone Hospitality

• Match ticket in the shortside upper tier - All seats together (paper tickets)
• Access to the Sandon Suite / Isla Gladstone Conservatory from three hours before kick-off
• Reception drink and food
• Complimentary matchday programme
• Post-match refreshments
• The Sandon and Isla Gladstone are off site hospitality area's just a short walk away from Anfield Road Stadium

Cancellation policy
We do not cancel orders in any case without restrictions. We are not responsible for date/time changes or cancellation requests from clients. In case the match date changes, current orders will be valid for the new date. We might be able to swap orders to another match if needed, extra costs will be discussed before confirmation of the swap. If the clients will not be able to attend on the new date, we might buy the tickets back for the price to be discussed by that time. Agency or client is able to resell the seats themselves upon matchday.

Important Dates
1-3-2020 - League Cup Final
21-3-2020 - FA Cup Quarter Final
18-4-2020 - FA Cup Semi 1
19-4-2020 - FA Cup Semi 2

Whenever a team will play in one of the above dates for the League Cup or FA Cup, the Premier League fixture will be postponed. We will swap your current order to an alternative in the same weekend. Extra costs or refunds may apply.
