You'll walk at a normal pace, nothing too extreme, but you should have a decent level of fitness. There will be a couple of short breaks along the way where you can sit down
Please plan your journey to the start point and aim to arrive 10 minutes early. This is a group tour, so the guide cannot wait for latecomers, and refunds cannot be issued for no-shows
