Upon arrival at Dinner Key Marina, go to Pier 9. If you are facing the Miami City Hall, make a right and follow the water until Pier 9. You will see several yellow smiley face flags indicating the location.

You must be 4+ to participate. A parent/guardian must be present for anyone under 18 years of age
