DueMani was founded in 2000 from a vision by Elena Celli and Luca D'Attoma. It is found on a hill with a scent of sea and wood, overlooking the coast at an altitude of about 250 meters. Sun, light and a constant breeze grant the thermal excursions, that are essential for the scents and a slow maturation, guaranteeing a perfect balance in the wine.
DueMani is Biodynamic, which expresses the aim to develop the harmony between nature and man to develop the vitality of the soil, plants and fruits. No chemicals, no additives, no work from heavy machinery. Biodynamic preparations and herbs are used to develop soil fertility and stronger plants and produce expressive grapes. The grape harvest is done by hand, the bunches are light, the juice is tasty and healthy. The desire is to produce good, clean, direct and expressive wines, each with their own unique and recognizable character - wines that should be remembered and appreciated with joy.
This tour will transmit to you all the passion with which these wines are produced and will allow you to better understand the production, during the guided tour of the winery and the surrounding vineyard. There will also be a tasting of 4 wines paired with a selection of local products.
