The group will leave Santander towards the mountains of Rionansa. You will go across valleys, forests, and mountains to reach this amazing cave that was discovered at the time when it was used as a mining factory. El Soplao cave is considered one of the great wonders of geology, treasuring an authentic paradise of speleothems (eccentric, stalactites, stalagmites, washes, columns, cave pearls, dog teeth, etc.). You will experience the classic visit, which consists of doing a walking guided circuit of 1 hour through different galleries to which you will access with a small train. This is a very easy and accessible route for everyone.
Alternatively, you can decide to make an "adventure" visit to the cave. This would be an experience for the most intrepid people(it would be 2.5 hours in the cave equipped with hull, diver and water boots). After doing this visit we will go back to Santander (1-hour driving), and on the way back, you will do a short stop to enjoy the beautiful views of the viewpoint of Tina Menor.
