  • Unfortunately, we do not advise guests in wheelchairs to join the Dark Side Tour due to the narrow stairways and steep hills. We apologize for any inconvenience caused
  • The tour usually ends on the Royal Mile near the start point or at Canongate Kirkyard
  • The tour runs rain or shine, please dress accordingly. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
  • All minors must be accompanied by an adult in order to join the tour
  • Due to COVID-19 guests are encouraged to bring their own masks and will be required to provide personal details (name, phone number etcetera) for contact tracing purposes. Guides and staff may also give additional, region-specific guidelines during their welcome speeches
