I booked this for myself and my 2 daughters ages 4 & 9. The three of us were amazed. We loved everything about our Windsor tour. We travelled from Ireland. The castle, cathedral and grounds are breathtaking. Windsor town itself is very pretty and quaint. Would highly recommend

My tour booked with a beefeater guiding the way, was absolutely a delight. His name is David and it was his birthday… And he was like a comedy show the whole way through~ while offering valuable information at the same time. Somebody give him a raise.

I love Windsor Castle. Even tho the weather was terrible on Nov 2 we still had a great time. Not sure I love the new route thru the State Rooms tho. The order of rooms on the audio doesn't match the walking route. Kind of annoying.

The little device stopped working so in the quarters, they had to give me a new one. Also i believe the numbers could be clearer. For an elderly person, i found that my mother had no idea what number to choose. besides that, great.
