You will find your bike and picnic box in the rental shop at 56 W 56th street between 5th and 6th Avenues.
What to remember

Know in advance:

  • Children aged 1–12 ride a kids' bike or attachment and must be accompanied by an adult. Infants under 1 cannot be booked
  • No rider must exceed 300 lbs
  • Wearing a helmet is mandatory for children under the age of 14
  • If you require a tag-a-long or toddler trailer, please contact Unlimited Biking in advance, because of limited supplies (you'll find their contact details in the voucher after booking)
  • Choose one picnic box per person (the Signature box if you don't choose): the Signature box (herb roasted chicken wrap, potato chips, fruit salad, mini chocolate chunk cookie); the Healthy box (Mediterranean veggie sandwich, penne pasta, homemade oatmeal cookie, mini chocolate chunk cookie); the Vegan box (vegan club sandwich, hummus and chips, fruit salad, pasta)
  • Pick up your bike and picnic box during opening hours: from 8am to 8pm between April and October, and from 9am to 5pm between November and March
  • Your package includes a full-day bike rental, helmet, bike bag, lock, map, and a picnic box. Kids' bikes, trailers, and baby seats are also available for younger riders

Remember to bring:

  • Dress appropriately for the weather and don't forget your camera
  • Please bring a photo ID which will be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes
